Cost: $15 per person or $10 per person for families of 4+

The Heritage Days 5K and Kids Fun Run hosted by Elevate Wellness is a fun, family opportunity to "Get Physical". October is National Physical Therapy Month and Elevate Wellness is encouraging you to move your body daily to improve mental, emotional, and physical health. There will be the 5K for adults/children to run or walk and a Fun Run for parents and children with activities provided by Elevate Littles.
