Lose weight, sculpt, and feel great in your skin. Change your body, change your mind. Includes Core & Functional Training, Cardio Conditioning, Body Sculpting/Toning, Flexibility Enhancement and Muscular Strength & Endurance.

Low impact, easy on the joints, heart pumping splash of a workout. Improves cardiovascular system, increases muscle tone and improves range of motion.

Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety! AquaSplash offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. No swimming ability is required and a special kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

C. A. T. S. – Cardio-Abs-Tone-Strength
Mix it up with Step, Kickboxing, Circuit, Interval, Weight Training and more. This class uses body bars, exercise balls, bands, medicine balls and dumbbells. All levels of fitness can get a great workout.

Designed for the 50 plus exerciser, but all ages are welcome. Participants work on improving overall strength, balance, flexibility and improving range of motion. The entire class is done in both seated and standing positions. Best of all, no loud, blaring music.

This class is a great to get a vigorous workout without the impact of running or jumping. You'll burn calories and keep your muscles in shape while building your cardiovascular endurance and strength. Get your heart pumping with these group cycling classes where participants can modify the bike's resistance to meet their own personal workout/training needs. Bring your energy, and prepare to have fun.
