Annual Partners with Youth Fund-Drive is Wednesday, Feb. 21!
On Wednesday, Feb. 21, dozens of YMCA volunteers will be calling as part of the fund-drive for Partners with Youth, which provides financial aid toward memberships for families and individuals as well as fees for youth sports.

Partners with Youth Indoor Sprint Triathlon on Sunday, Feb. 25
If you would like to take a more active route to support Partners with Youth, consider an Indoor Sprint Triathlon. Starting at 4:15 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 25, participants will be race in three events: 10 minutes swimming (or water walking), 30 minutes indoor cycling, 20 minutes running or walking on treadmill.

NEW FITNESS CLASSES
For 6th-12th Graders
Vinyasa Power: A very active form of yoga that improves strength, flexibility, and stamina through flowing sequences and challenging poses.
Tuesdays 4:15-5 p.m.
Gentle Yoga: Focuses on slow stretches, flexibility, and deep breathing.
Thursdays 4:15-5 p.m.
Instructor: Janae Solomon
chYsel: This 45 minute total body program, utilizes free weights, body bars, resistance balls, medicine balls, bands, resistance and body weight to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and effective. This non-aerobic class brings weight training and body sculpting to the studio in a group format for all fitness levels. Weight training helps shape and strengthen muscles while building your body to use more calories during cardio workouts. Please bring a towel, water and mat.
Tuesday and Thursday mornings - 5:15-6 A.M.- Multi-Purpose Room
S.W.E.A.T.: This 45 minute strength and core training program, includes a wide range of exercises utilizing barbell and dumbbell weights and focuses on Speed, Weight, Endurance, and Abdominal Training. NO CARDIO, strictly weights, perfect for every fitness level. Strength training is a key component of overall health and fitness for everyone. You will need to bring a towel, water and mat.Monday-Thursday - 4:30-5:15 P.M.- 4 Weeks only January 29th-February 22nd- Cardio Room

We have added and extended our child watch hours through the Lighten Up challenge.
Monday: 9-11 am and 5:30-8:30 pm
Tuesday: 5:30-9:30 pm
Wednesday: 9:11 am and 6:30-9:30 pm
Thursday: 5:30-9:30 pm
Friday: 9-11 am and 7-8:30 pm
Master Swim Class
Mondays, 8-9 pm
Join your fellow "older" swimmers for a Master's Swim Class on Monday evenings. No fee or registration, but must be a YMCA member or buy a day-pass.

Birthday Party Room Now Available!
The YMCA' Birthday Party Room is now available to reserve on Friday nights, and Saturday and Sunday afternoons.
