Fitness Classes

chYsel: This 45 minute total body program, utilizes free weights, body bars, resistance balls, medicine balls, bands, resistance and body weight to help you attain and maintain your physique in ways that are fun, safe, doable and effective.  This non-aerobic class brings weight training and body sculpting to the studio in a group format for all fitness levels.  Weight training helps shape and strengthen muscles while building your body to use more calories during cardio workouts.  Please bring a towel, water and mat.

Tuesday and Thursday mornings - 5:15-6 A.M.- Multi-Purpose Room

RIP: A barbell workout that incorporates functional strength training throughout the workout.  Every movement plane is worked using barbells and bodyweight. In RIP we utilize light weights for Triceps, Biceps and shoulders, Medium weights for chest and back and heavy weights for leg work.  The longer the muscle the heavier the weight.
