Keep calm and combo on! Aqua Combo is designed to help with heart health and cardiovascular strength. This class will help burn unwanted calories and tone those hard to reach muscles with less stress on the joints. Aqua Combo will focus on cardio and resistance training to help increase strength and decrease cardiovascular disease.

Fee: $25 per 8 week session, members only.
Registration: Online registration is strongly encouraged
Deadline: TBD. Late entries will be accepted, however, there will be no reduction in fees for those who join the class after the session has started.
Class Description
The Aqua Combo Class is designed to provide cardio and resistance training in the water. The resistance aspect of the program will help the body build strong muscles in a consistent manner. Resistance exercises include push and pull movements, jumping jacks, and arm curls using hand buoys. Resistance training will aid in building a stronger core. Cardio workouts will help the body lower blood pressure, reduces chronic pain, and boost your metabolism. Cardio exercises will include: squat jumps, jogging, skiing, knee tucks, and high knees. Each week there will be one Cardio workout and one Resistance workout.
