Personal Training Packages

Individual Personal Training: Whether you are just starting to exercise or are looking for a new routine, working one-on-one with a personal trainer will help you target and achieve your fitness goals! Our Nationally Certified Personal Trainers will set up an initial consultation with you, then customize your workout to best suit your needs and goals.  Create a fitness routine, reduce injury with proper technique and stay motivated with your trainer. A variety of packages are available. Ages 12+

Small-Group Personal Training: Workouts tailored specifically to each group based on personal goals and fitness levels. Every group is led by a Nationally Certified Personal Trainer who will keep you focused and motivated. Class size range from 5-8 participants. Ages: 15+

Complimentary Wellness Appointments: YMCA members receive 2 complimentary 1-hour appointments with a personal trainer. Wellness appointments can be utilized by new members in order to help them become acquainted with the Cardio and Strength equipment as well as other programs and classes we offer at the YMCA.

The first session will include a fitness discussion that will allow the trainer to develop a customized fitness plan, that will be taught during the second session. Ages: 12+

50 Minute Individual Personal Training
1 Session: $40
4 Sessions: $140
12 Sessions: $375

50 Minute Partner Personal Training
1 Session: $25/member
4 Sessions: $90/member
12 Sessions: $240/member

30 Minute Individual Personal Training
1 Session: $20
4 Sessions: $70
12 Sessions: $180
