Take on the battle between your mind and body! This eight week program is designed for participants to reach untapped potential allowing them to hit attainable fitness goals in the water. Our plan is to help you get in shape and increase your capacity for on land movement and cross training activities.

Fee: $25 per 8 week session, members only.

Class Description

This program consists of four different workouts (cardio, strength, speed, power). Cardio workouts will be comprised of jump exercises, squats, leg lifts, and wall maneuvers. Strength will help with endurance and include plyometrics, lunges, and wall exercises. Speed training will focus on moving quickly through the water to help build up power and strength in your body. Finally, the power workout will assist in your ability to gain strength in less time. The strength and power workouts will compliment one another. Each workout will have an active flexibility period.

Attire and What to Bring

  • Come to class dressed and ready for the pool
  • Proper swim attire is required (swim suit), no basketball shorts, street clothes, etc.
  • Water shoes (encouraged)
  • Towel & water bottle
